Things to see and to do near the campsite :
Real vegetable jewel of Périgord Noir
Less than 6 km from the camping Le Temps de vivre are the wonderful gardens of the manor Eyrignac. Around a 17th century building, a 200-hectare park has a total of 10 hectares structured in seven thematic gardens awaiting you for a rejuvenating walk with the family. The gardens of Eyrignac have obtained the prestigious label of “Remarkable Gardens” for the beauty and the meticulous maintenance of their 300 boxwood and yew topiaries, their rich rose garden, and for the charm of their fountains and pools fed by the seven sources of the domain. A vegetable garden and a botanical trail allow you to discover many varieties of plants. Gardening enthusiasts and topiary enthusiasts can opt for guided tours in the company of the chief gardeners of the estate: you can enjoy a private visit of the gardens in his company, his boxwood maintenance tips, a technical visit for future gardeners or landscapers, or a size course by the specialist topiary art of the field. Several meetings finally punctuate the year at the gardens of Eyrignac, like the Easter treasure hunt or the white picnics at night.
